Resistance Strikes! W/ Reverend Billy & the Stop Shopping Choir

    Director Park

LOCATION: Director Park 815 SW Park Ave, Portland, Oregon 97205

Join us in downtown Portland on Saturday, October 7 at 1pm where Portland's Resistance is teaming up with Reverend Billy and the Stop Shopping Choir for an exciting, street performance action!

Resistance Strikes are peaceful demonstrations, designed to shine a light on individuals and institutions in this city who support Trump's ideology and use their business' profits to uphold discrimination and oppression. We aim to shine our light, exposing local businesses who capitalize on our city's progressive spirit and then turn around and support fascism, racism, misogyny, and militarism with our dollars!

Here is a link about Rev. Billy's action in Trump Tower, https://youtu.be/v0tPI2EhiSM

See Reverend Billly & the Choir in Concert at the Old Church this Friday & Saturday night! 7:30pm October 6 & 7. Tickets at www.boomarts.org.

We The People: Marching United In Resistance

    Director Park

Since Inauguration Day, the rights of too many have been threatened, attacked, or withheld. We are all stronger when we stand together in unity. Resistance to attacks on members of our community requires a strong, steady and collective voice. Be part of that collective voice, take action and march on Presidents’ Day in Oregon to show our unified resistance to injustice.
