The World's First Non-Profit Pub where all proceeds go to local social justice, community and environmental needs non-profits.

The Oregon Public House is a Public Benefit Nonprofit. As such, there is no owner. We are run by a Board that is made up entirely of volunteers who take no pay for acting in a board capacity.

    Lift Urban Portland fundraiser

    Join Us Lift Urban Portland as they take over Oregon Public House for a day!

    A percentage of the proceeds go towards their programs, which aim to reduce hunger and improve the lives of low-income residents of Northwest and Downtown Portland

    Purchases throughout the day support Lift, so come celebrate and have some delicious food and drinks, anytime on Monday November 27. The pub is open 11:30am - 10:00pm and allows minors at all hours.

    Also, stick around until the evening for live music and drinks in the Village Ballroom upstairs. Music will be provided by Albert Nicholas and Shane Brown, accompanied by drinks from Portland Brewery, Small Town Brewery, and Crooked Acres Vineyard. 100% of the optional donation entry fee ($5) and drink purchases go directly to Lift!

    Pathway 1000 Launch Celebration

    Live music from Tamara Stephens, spoken word performances by Blacque Butterfly and Ro Deezy, and DJ Deena B in the upstairs ballroom. A portion of the food and drink sales will be donated to PCRI for the Pathway 1000 Initiative.

    For over two decades, Portland Community Reinvestment Initiatives, Inc. has been a cornerstone of affordable housing in Portland, Oregon. We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit community development organization providing affordable rental housing and award-winning culturally-specific services that achieve family stability, self-sufficiency and wealth creation.

    Pathway 1000 is a displacement mitigation initiative created by PCRI and informed through community outreach and feedback. In addition to mitigating displacement, the initiative Arika and Jenniferaims to reclaim the historic heart and soul of Portland’s African American community, building prosperity for African Americans and others displaced from North and Northeast Portland through the development of 1,000 new affordable homes during the next decade. This development will create hundreds of living-wage jobs, business growth and additional development opportunity throughout the duration of the 10-year initiative.

    Keep Oregon Well is proud to announce it will be featured as The Charity of The Day on Monday, November 13th at Oregon Public House!

    ALL AGES are welcome throughout the day in the restaurant. Evening activities for 18+ upstairs in the Village Ballroom.

    • 4-5pm Sharlet Crooks Band!
    • 5-7pm Drag Queen Bingo with the fantastic Poison Waters!

    Event is FREE to the public, with suggested donation of $5.

    Portland Backpack fundraiser at the Oregon Public House

    Eat Here and Oregon Public House will give us a % of the proceeds to go toward buying food for children who are at risk of hunger on the weekends. Do you have an office that wants to eat here for lunch? Do you have friends to invite to join you for dinner? Good food with a mission. We are also hosting Cheers and Beers for Backpack upstairs in the Village Ballroom from 4-8pm. Beer tasting!

    Kenton Women's Village fundraiser at the Oregon Public House

    Join OPH for a special one-day fundraiser for the the Kenton Women's Village!

    KWV provides sleeping pods and services to help female-identified folks transitioning out of homelessness.

    A percentage of all pub sales on this day will be donated to the Village.

    The project is a collaboration between the City of Portland, the Joint Office of Homeless Services (JOHS), Catholic Charities (CC) and the Village Coalition (VC). Allied community partners include Portland State University’s Center for Public Interest Design (CPID), City Repair, the KNA and Kenton Business Association (KBA).

    NE PDX Neighborhood Emergency Teams Charity Day & Unprepared Screening

    The Portand Neighborhood Emergency Teams wil be one of the Oregon Public House Charity Partners from February - June 15, 2018. The NET program for all of Portland stands to raise as much as $8,000 - $10,000 during that time.

    There are also benefits for each neighbor NET, no matter where your NET is located in Portland. NETs may raise funds for themselves on Monday nights (even before February) by hosting a Charity Day event. The entire OPH building is yours to use, including the large 300-seat ballroom upstairs. Kids are welcome, and a play area is available.

    The event on Monday, September 18 is your chance to see how your NET (or other NPO) can conduct its own event. Ideas include game nights, pub trivia quizzes (equipment and supplies available from the Piedmont NET), raffles, drawings, distribution of information and supplies. You name it!

    Proceeds from this event will go to the Piedmont, Boise-Humboldt-Eliot, and Concordia-Woodlawn-Vernon NETs. Come join us for fun, food, and libations! If you want to sign up as a volunteer greeter to tell the uniformed about the NETs, use the SignUpGenius page here: http://bit.ly/OPH-sign-up

    All day Sep. 18 will be a Charity Day for N/NE Portland NET teams Boise/Eliot/Humboldt, Piedmont, and Concordia/Woodlawn/Vernon. Come by anytime, get a beer and chat with a NET or PBEM employee about preparedness!

    5:30 PM: Showing of OPB's award-winning documentary "Unprepared" in the ballroom upstairs. Announcement immediately following about how non-NETs can participate in the Oct 16 NET deployment exercise.

    7 PM: Raffle for two Motorola FRS radios (retail value: $83). For each $10 increment a person spends on food and beverages, she/he will be given 1 raffle ticket (e.g. $40 in purchases = 4 tickets).

    • Don't feel like making dinner on a Monday night? Come on down for a bite to eat and a drink. Comedian Andie Main will host our HaHaHappy Hour from 5-6pm and Muvhuro Marimba Band will be playing from 6:30-7:30pm.
    • Night owl? Tezeta Band will be pumping out the tunes from 8-10pm.

    The silent auction will run from 6pm-8:30pm.
