    Cider Riot

Support an incredible organization serving the Portland community, sing some karaoke for a cause, and drink some tasty cider!

Sisters of the Road is a nonprofit Cafe in Portland’s Old Town neighborhood working to create systemic change that will end poverty and houselessness forever by providing nourishing meals in a safe, dignified space.

Our host Cider Riot! will be donating 20% of the proceeds of cider sales to Sisters of the Road, and through the Full Plate Project, donations from the event will be matched dollar-for-dollar. $50 becomes $100, what a perfect time to give!

We will also be collecting donations to support Womxn's Care Day, which takes place the 1st Friday of each month, providing a safe space for folks experiencing sexism. Stay tuned for the donation wish list!

Friday night we have a great line up with the following artists:

MIC CRENSHAW: Born on the Southside of Chicago, and raised both there and in Minneapolis, Mic Crenshaw is a world class MC and poet now emerging on the national - and international stage. As a youth, Mic was embroiled in the violent streets of Minneapolis, leading groups to physically confront white supremacist gangs that were emerging with the growing hardcore music scene of the mid to late '80's. Eventually, Crenshaw had to escape the violence, leaving the music and activism he started in Minneapolis and moving to Portland, OR. In Portland, he quickly became one of the most respected artists in the Northwest. https://www.facebook.com/miccrenshaw/

CUATL: Fierce Punk Rock outta the Pacific Northwest https://www.facebook.com/pg/cuatlpdx/

    DECOMP: PDX D-Beat https://decomp.bandcamp.com/releases

DJ DARK ENTRIES: Gothy dark wave cold wave feminist post-punk
