Description

After a great start to rotation number 4 we are ready to start putting some of the steps we've learned together. This session is going to cover escapes and reversals for the front and top mount chokes as well as some discussion of when to switch from winning a fight to harm mitigation. Thanks to everyone for coming last time and thanks especially to Helen for helping improve this class. As ever please wear street clothes and a sports bra and remember this class is fun, functional and free!
