Back to basics is the name of the game! We're back to the start for another rotation of Fundamentals of Unarmed Combat for Women. This is our most basic class in which we will discuss the neuroscience of violence, some of the most dangerous forms of security theatre and teach you how to keep yourself safe from harm. Remember to wear street clothes and a sports bra. As usual this class is fun, functional and free.
