An Equity Evening with Cameron Whitten (Tickets are free!)

Cameron Whitten is an dedicated community activist and equity trainer. He has lived in Portland since 2009, arriving first as a homeless youth, and later became a prominent community advocate, literary artist, and civic entrepreneur. His drive for social change has led him to be involved in a diversity of civic issues, from affordable housing, anti-racism, and government accountability.

Please join us for the first of our social justice community events where we learn, participate, and grow together!

Event: Jan 31st 6-8:30pm Community Room, Morris Campus, (enter via Morris St at doors by garden)

  • The physiological and psychological impact of historical trauma
  • The Ivy School's Equity Code: owning and mobilizing

  • There will be food!

  • Childcare will be available for currently enrolled Ivy students (unenrolled siblings must stay with parents)
