The Community Rights movement helps cities and towns to protect the health, safety, and welfare of their people and natural areas. Come get inspired about the potential for YOUR community to reclaim its rights and power! And meet the leaders of Community Rights US (http://www.communityrights.us) the new national support organization headquartered in Portland.

The City Repair Project (http://www.cityrepair.org/) is co-hosting this event because of the importance of the Community Rights movement for creating sustainable and meaningful public places.

You’ll hear from impassioned speakers with years of effective experience creating positive change, including Mark Lakeman, Paul Cienfuegos and others. And you’ll be given opportunities to join the community of people engaged in this movement locally and around the country.
