Description

Western States Center presents a special plenary on Saturday morning at AMP (Activists Mobilizing for Power) on how to build stronger collaboration between community organizations and tribes, particularly, as our political, environmental and social landscape becomes increasingly challenging to work in.

"Common Ground and Common Threads"

How do we build stronger collaboration between community organizations and tribes, particularly, as our political, environmental and social landscape becomes increasingly challenging? How do we ensure we don’t replicate settler colonial narratives and policies through our organizing? Panelists will share their experiences binging racial and social justice groups together with tribes.
